Got em!! But how in the world did you "stumble" on them...??  I had to play with the Drake R8B's Passband, LSB/USB and 1.8 filter to bring them up and away from Buffalo 1520. 

 

THanks for the tip. Do you have call letter and city? My WRTH has Dubai, but I don't see SA...
