Sounds like 531 was similar out there to what I was getting.    Just 
managed to // the web stream here (it's easier now they're playing 
music).   Spain isn't much of a factor on 531 here, they were better 
last night.   Did manage to get a new one just past 0500 when I heard 
Deutschlandfunk through Mayak on 549, and confirmed the // with 756.
