[IRCA] Arizona TPs for 11-02-09
Listened from 1315-1350 ut and conditions were better than it was yesterday. More carriers than yesterday all of which were on the bottom part of the band.
279 Russia very poor at 1325 ut.
594 JOAK just above the noise level at 1335 ut.
774 JOUB poor at 1340 ut.
