Walt,

We have very little choice here. Costco has a  number of laptops. Fred
Meyer has a few more. I like "hands on" before I would buy. I may
venture into Portland too. 
   Recording 4 minutes each hour would not fill up much of the space, so
that should work with even the 320 GB HD. I did not follow it for a
while with Barry's comment. But again, all I would need is the recording
time of that 4 minute window before/after TOH.
