Listened from 1432-1453 utc.  Another late start.  Unknown station
on 549 kHz was a surprise.  First time anything heard on this channel
here.

153    RUSSIA, 1435 good with Russian talk and music.
189    RUSSIA, 1438 very weak with above music.
279    RUSSIA, 1439 good with music.
549    UNKNOWN 1440 fast talking man in Asian language. fair
       at times. Splatter from KOAC.
603    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLSA 1443 fair signal with woman talking.
774    JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1444 weak with splatter.  
828    JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1444 fair with Japanese talk.
