With the Kenwood TS-930 and 80M inverted-L the signal was anywhere between S0 and S3. With the Icom R-75 and Ratzlaff active whip, there was still QSB, but the signal was always audible and peaking at S5. Wow, dramatic jump at 0602 just as I'm typing typing this. Kick in the supercharger? Good fun! Thanks, Nick.
