[IRCA] TP for 15 Oct from Victoria, BC

As Gary observed, definitely a better morning than the last few, and, with
dedication, a lot of DX could be dug up.  Splatter was bad in spots, and I often
found the DX wasn't quite up to the carrier levels.   Listened from 1355 to 1435
UT, when, unfortunately, getting ready for work interfered even more than the
domestics did.

Darn good audio (at least at peaks):

558 HLQH at 1419 //much weaker 603
594 JOAK (someone weaker underneath at 1411UT)
657 N. Korea, KK talk w/hum
774 JOUB
828 JOBB (someone weaker underneath at various times)
963 CRI:  RR at 1358, down on the hour of course
1242 JOLF at 1402UT
1575 VoA

reasonable audio  at  times during the period (though often battling w/splash or
noise):

189 and 279 R Rossii; 279 stronger
531 JOQG //594
540 CNR1
612 Tagalog talk trading places with JOLK at 1430UT
639 CNR1
666 JOBK //594
711 KK talk, presumably HLKA
747 JOIB.  This seemed undermodulated, as big a carrier as 828, but not the
audio punch
756 CNR1 along with ? at 1422
873 JOGB //828, along with hum and traces of N. Korea?
954 JOKR
972 HLCA, usual big carrier
981 CNR1
1053 Korean jammer
1161 two stations, one had chimes as it faded down to the hour, likely Taiwan
1287 JOHR plus something else
1377 CNR1 and ? 
1422 JORF w/JJ talk
1566 HLAZ, big carrier, very readable but not quite big audio

not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise: 

153 R. Rossii
603 mx, not //558; at other times, HLSA was there.
738 Taiwan //1143 at 1424

936 likely Anhui
1008 buzzy hum; is there a jammer here?
1044 likely CRI
1116 EE talk at 1433 likely 4BC
1134 CNR1 dominant an slightly delayed from 5030 at 1424UT; JJ and KK earlier on
1143 Taiwan Fisheries
1215 not //CNR-2
1305 likely KBS-1
1314 hum plus weak talk; who is off channel here?
1503 JOUK //594 at 1429UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise:
1089 and too many to list

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):
 576 (no Russia today?), 1548
