[IRCA] TP for 6Oct09 from Victoria: Oops, slept in!
Oops, slept in this morning (this early morning after morning rising must have caught up to me), and didn't get to the dials until 13:54 UTC. SF 70 A1, K0. Things seemed pretty good, but nothing spectacular. Best of the morning was a solid 9 for Vietnam on 675. Funny how some mornings they're so strong and on many other good mornings, virtually nothing! 621: 9 level. Sounds very North Korean, but not //3250 as listed in PAL
