[IRCA] TP report for 5Oct09: Good JJ morning in Victoria
Listened this morning between 13:23 and 14:14 and noticed immediately that things weren't as good as previous mornings, except that the JJ stations were sounding very nice this morning and were still present, in the case of 774 until 15:00 when I left for the office. SF 71, A3, K0. Perhaps with the near non-existent solar activity, any mention of solar indices is nearly useless for our purposes. As always, a "6" unless otherwise noted. Started as usual at the bottom and worked "north".
