[IRCA] TP for 2Oct09 from Victoria: not a stellar morning

I was hoping for some good conditions as the Alaskans were really doing well last night around 06:00 UTC.  Alas, it wasn't going to happen with fairly average conditions, although the upper band was quite lively later on with CRI RR really doing well at 13:50 or so on 1323 (along with Guy's mystery station on 1322...just a line on the waterfall, though).  No time to go over the details, but will report back later in the day....Walt in Victoria, BC
