[IRCA] 738 Taiwan's Ragged Carrier Revealed in Perseus Waterfall Display

Gary DeBock and others have had frequent comments this month about the
"ragged carrier" of 738 Taiwan.

I decided to take a close look at 738 with the Perseus receiver's feature
called "Zoom" mode. Sure enough, there's something strange about the 738
