[IRCA] Puyallup, WA TP's for 9-19...

Like most of the reports this morning, my own impression is that the TP-DX  
was nothing to shout about. 
 
The morning started off with a bang at 1322, though, with a 738-Taiwan  
Fisheries signal that was the best of the season so far. Unfortunately, this  
station frequently excels here when other stations drop off, and I  noticed 
that the audio on 603 (HLSA), 639 (CNR1), 657 (Pyongyang), 666 (JOBK)  and 
675 (VOV) were all below normal recent levels. A short sunrise  enhancement 
fizzled out around 1340, somewhat earlier than normal. Various  target 
frequencies like 783 and 792 were anemic indeed, and about the  only good result 
this morning was another decent 738-Taiwan  Fisheries MP3.
