[IRCA] Victoria TP's for 09-12-09
Great conditions...
for late November!
Honestly - feels like the bottom fell out of the ionosphere.
Started promisingly enough at about 12:55 with good audio
on 594, 738, 747, 774, etc but quickly diminished to muddy
audio on only the most robust JJ stations.
Currently pre-sunrise... zip.
