Hmmm..can't wait til my Perseus gets here. I will have an enormous learning
curve with this thing. I trust you guys will teach me how to run it off of
deep cell batteries so I have no mains qrn.
Anyhow...you have trace audio on some less common freqs. Is that obtainable
with what ever older generation (ie non SDR) rx you have ?
Tomorrow I sleep late (unless sun wakes me for 15 min of DU tries and then
back to sleep) and then a few hours work from home and up to Grafton WI by
dinner time and since I was quite happy with how the longer TA BOG worked
with a termination, I'll see if I can muscle in a ground rod (very dry ..vry
hard ground and I haven't enuf hose to reach) for the shorter one for
phasing to get even less low end crud pre phasing.

Bandscan at 03:33 is showing carriers on: 747, 756, 765, 774, 783(strong
carrier/weak audio), 855 (weak audio), 864 (weak audio), 873, 882, 945,
954, 999, 1008, 1053 (I see 2 carriers here on 1053.000 and 1053.107),
1089, 1098, 1107, 1116, 1125, 1134, 1143, 1152, 1215 (strong carrier/weak
audio), 1224 (strong carrier almost audio), 1251, 1269, 1278 (strong
carrier/weak audio), 1296, 1305, 1422 (strong carrier/weak audio), 1485,
1494, 1503, 1512, 1539, 1566, 1575, 1584. Wow! Now, most of these are
simply weak carriers on the waterfall on the Perseus, but several are
there in weak audio. I can only imagine how good things likely are on the
