mornings conditions. 

153    RUSSIA, 1121 fair with man in Russian and music.
189    RUSSIA, 1138 good with man interviewing woman in Russian.
234    RUSSIA, 1132 weak signal, then deep fade outs.
279    RUSSIA, 1141 very weak with a lot of noise.
639    CHINA CRN1? 1330 could be the station with threshold audio.
666    JAPAN, JOBK 1331 weak with man in Japanese.
693    JAPAN, JOAB 1223 weak. 1322 good signal, no splatter.
       English Conversation program.
747    JAPAN, JOIB 1223 weak Japanese heard through KXL heavy splatter.
774    JAPAN, JOUB 1225 good with English Conversation program.
828    JAPAN, JOBB 1228 fair with above program.
1053   KOREAS, 1236 weak signals mixing together.
1134   CHINA, CRN1 1254 weak with weak to fair with woman in Chinese.
       // 5030.
1143   UNKNOWN 1259 near audio level, Japan? Nepal? yeah right.
1377   CHINA, CRN1 1307 weak with woman in Chinese // 5030.
1422   JAPAN, JORF 1310 weak signal.
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1315 fair signal, low audio.
1575   THAILAND, VOA 1318 from carrier to good signal within two minutes.
       Vietnamese program.
