[IRCA] TPs Orcas Island Sept 9

Here, it was a bit of an odd/disturbed morning.  Only about half of 
the regulars were in at listenable levels, but those that were in 
were doing quite well.

There really seemed to be no pattern.... other than 
"unpredictable."  The most interesting thing was that the very bottom 
of the band, 531-621 was REALLY in for about 5 or 10 minutes around 
1315 or so. There was listenable Asian audio on every channel. The 
most entertaining was 540 where there were two or three CNR1s with 
echoes plus a hummer plus another Asian - likely NHK1 synchros. There 
are a gazillion of both synchros on 540. There was also NHK1 audio on 
603 (synchros) and 612(Fukuoka.)

Other points of interest: 720 was dominated by probable CNR2 for a 
while and 963 CNR RR Svc continues to be clobbered for part of the am 
by another CC, probably Liaoning which I just now noticed is //1089 
in PAL, so maybe IDing the second station won't be impossible.

Despite the welcome oddities, over all, the body count was down by 50% here.
