[IRCA] Arizona TP's 8-31-09
Listened from 1230-1310 ut and again it was all DU per the loop. Only a few carriers on the bottom part of the band and one with audio which was 3LO-774. The noise level was very high. I have never heard the noise level this high since I moved to Arizona 5 years ago. Very little t-storm noise just a lot of noise.
