[IRCA] Has WKYW 1490 KY switched to a Mexican music format?
I caught an ID at 9 PM when the Mexican mx in the mix stopped briefly.."
Your listening to ..WKYW Frankfort" then more mx. This on my 152 deg Phased
BOG System which is like magnet for stuff from the S to SE, esp in the upper
half of the band. WPNA is Polish and doesn't come in well at night at all
here..ie seems to be skipped over. I don't find any likely stations on 1490
listed as Mexican format in this direction (at least anything w/in several
hundred miles) and this has been semi-dominant at times when audio can rise
atop the GY jumble.
Anyhow..one of 4 new ones tonight... 73 KAZ Barrington IL
