Hey Barry;
What about youtube, with just a static (no pun intended) image? I'm
sure that there are converters to turn the MP3 audio into an image type.
Youtube is free and universally available (except here @ work).

I use pair.com for both am-dx.com and craighealy.com as well as a number

To upload I use a simple FTP client called Total Commander.
http://www.ghisler.com? Other FTP clients such as WS FTP would also work
easily.
