[IRCA] The Active Passive Loop - now on DXer.ca

Hi all:

Just posted to DXer.ca is an article about using the base of the Quantum
Loop and a small air core loop made from a filing crate to create a high-Q
passive loop that easily outperforms a 4x4 foot loop.
