[IRCA] Oldies on 1700 kHz

Hi all,

KVNS Brownsville TX is commonly heard here in Finland during the winter months carrying oldies format. Signal is usually very good, thus there has been a lot of talk over here about the night power mentioned whether it really is so low....Nice catch anyway, I had a 2000ft beverage directed to the States last season and it was audible almost every night, usually mixed with XEPE and sometimes WEUP Huntsville AL.
