t looks like we have a new station on 1710. Who will be the first to hear
this one?

I think this is a pirate (like the many Boston area Caribbean pirates on
1710) or a part 15-er. There is already a WONE, in Dayton, OH on 980. And
there wouldn't be any W calls in NE, unless they were grandfathered from the
early 1920s
