[IRCA] Hayward considering shoreline radio towers

News for the San Francisco Bay Area. 



Contra Costa times reporting that  Salem Communications wants to use 

18 arces of land at a former landfill site and some land at Shoreline Park to 

erect 4 AM towers on land owned by the City of Hayward. .  Salem communications 

is willing to pay a one time fee of $5 million plus a yearly lease of $60,000 a year.
