[IRCA] Where is every body?

Every year, when summer arrives, I lose DX Fever. But every year, when Labor Day approaches, it returns with a vengeance. I'm sure this year will be no exception!

Perhaps they TVDXing and watching all the Latin stations on channels 2 to 6.
