Fellows,

The only other station that I have heard on 640 was KGVW on 10-26-04
at 1415 utc on the CC radio with a Terk loop.  That was from Salmon
Creek, WA.  Using a pillow speaker it sounded like programing
on 1600 kHz from Blaine, WA  Maybe it was Native American? The KGVW
website have no program times. http://www.kcmmtheone.com/about.php
This station was on 640 with audio and under KFI most if the, but on top
of KFI once.  When KFI faded out this station was still around for about
5 minutes then also was gone.  Nothing heard in the way of DU's of TPs.
Tried 738, but nothing.  Location was about 12 miles from La Push, WA
which is on the beach. I was listening to CTC and the radio aimed towards
Los Angeles.  I doubt that I can hear it here, but will try.  Thanks for the 
help and suggestions.
