Listened from 1115-1143.  Wasted about 15 minutes fixing the antenna
this morning.  

180     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii weak, but steady signal at 1124 with talk in Russian.
        Still around at 1237 utc. Bits of audio at 1140 utc, but very weak.
738     TAHITI, assumed the one with threshold signal at 1126.
1287    JAPAN? 1130 level 5 carrier.
