[IRCA] 1710 KhZ Russian Lynnwood area

Good Morning,

While driving to Forks, WA this afternoon, 8 miles North of Lynnwood, WA on I-5,
the Russian speaking station was booming in.  It was a good signal for about 4 miles
with music and started fading 4 miles North of Lynnwood.  Signal vanished before the 
Lynnwood exit.  Will try for some TP's later this morning using the Space Magnet antenna.
12 miles from the ocean as the crow flies.
