[IRCA] some evidence of TP 29 May 09
Checked the radio for about 10 minutes this morning at 1135UT, when JOUB-774 was being heard weakly (ID'd by direction); the only other audio was on 738 at 1146UT, which seemed to be Tahiti by direction. Good carriers on 279, 1287, 1566 ( all Asia), and 1098 plus 1503, both DU.
