Thanks for the vote Pete. hi. That is "if" we can fiqure out where this
is coming from. Maybe I should mass produce the the cassette over to a
CD and send them out by the dozens and get the word out "What is this?"
hi. It was on last night, but it wasn't until late the signal improved.
After 0900 UTC (1 AM) the signal was back to normal. Yes, that is a
female announcer in Russian.
