[IRCA] little evidence of TP 18 May 09

The TP season here is about gone.  It seems the only consistent stations are Radio Rossii on 279 
and JOUB 774 Japan.  Both are now weak when heard.  With 15 hours of daylight here and increasing 
every day the TP season is pretty much gone.  DU's here are very hard receive.  Even with the ewe aimed 
SW, its not much help.  A nice long wire antenna like Steve's would certainly help, but don't have the 
room.   Maybe it's time to go to Grayland with my new 4 coil slinky antenna and try for some DU's?
