738 with DU, poor level at 1217 utc; 891 very poor/poor DU music and talk
same time.
LWBC Far East Russia continues to be heard earlier, sometimes with one or
two freqs doing better. 279 the best today at S3 level; poor for 153, 180,
189; very poor 234 at 1144 utc.
