signal, gone by 1228.
279 RUSSIA, Radio Rossii good at 1203 with news in Russian and Radio Rossii theme music.
774 JAPAN, JOUB 1207 poor with a little audio coming through the splatter. 1213 fair with
splatter.
1808.5 OREGON,Boring, N6TR code S9+10db.
