153   RUSSIA, 1149 Radio Rossii poor with woman in Russian.
180   RUSSIA, 1148 Radio Rossii poor with woman in Russian.
279   RUSSIA, 1147 Radio Rossii weak with man in Russian. Fair at 1215.
594   JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1214 poor to weak at best with man in Japanese.
657   DPR OF KOREA 1210 weak to fair at times with woman in Korean.  //3250
693   JAPAN, JOAB 1209 weak with much splatter. Fair with less splatter at 1228.
774   JAPAN, JOUB 1140-1145 fair to good at times with man in Japanese. Good at
      1229 with English conversation lessons.  
828   JAPAN, JOBB 1146 weak with above programming.
1566  REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1150 weak with woman Chinese?
