[IRCA] TP 5 May from Victoria, BC

Just a few minutes at the dials around 1240UT this morning...except for weak audio and strong carrier on 1566, likely HLAZ, all were DU, with the best being 612 with somewhat readable audio.  567, 702, 738 were all just burbles in the splatter, all appearing parallel, and 1503 was a decent DU carrier.  Must...get...up...earlier; perhaps not.
