[IRCA] KLBW-1530
A daytimer, KLBW-1530, is operating on "auto-pilot". There's just
open-carrier until the top-of-the-hour then legal ID and IRN/USA Radio News.
After the news it returns to open carrier. Good signal into Colorado. New
catch! #326 for the year so far.
