[IRCA] WLGC Format Change Again

Hi Group:
 
1520, WLGC, Greenup, KY runs southern gospel (local origination) during morning drive time (until 10 a.m.), then has switched from sports to 80's rock the rest of the day.  IDs as, "From the 8th decade of the twentieth cenntury, the greatest hits of the 1980s, WLGC."  This is their third format in four years.
