Very similar here Nick.   I checked right around 0400 and noted a fair 
carrier on 1215 at times.  Didn't observe audio, but very close at 
times.    Seemed to be a sweet spot on the dial, as 1206 and 1224 
carriers were also noted.    A few other of the "barely theres" also noted.
