[IRCA] Good TA LWBC 171

Just checked 0508 utc, 171 Morocco at S8 level and good signal, playing EE 
bubblegum type pop music. Level varies, now S6 0517. 189 Iceland at 
poor/weak level; 198 UK very poor/poor. Nothing but a few weak hets on MW.
