1470 WLOA PA FARRELL 0520 04/04/09
While monitoring 1470, I logged the following new station. They faded up out
of the mud, "WGRP, Classic country, 1470" then QSB. WLOA is // to WGRP-940.

QTH: Old Fort, TN
ANTENNA: 149' long wire
RCVR: Drake R-4C
