[IRCA] TP for 2 Apr from Victoria, BC

Started listening around 1300UT this morning and stuck around for about 20
minutes, as things were lively. Returned about 1340 and conditions had
deteriorated. The sunrise lift is happening earlier it seems.

pretty darn good audio (at least briefly):

594 JOAK
774 JOUB w/someone underneath
828 JOBB

reasonable audio at times during the period (though often battling w/splash or
noise):

567 JOIK //594
603 HLSA //558; JOOG/JOKK NHK1//594 was underneath
972 HLCA
1053 100Hz hum, this time was mixing with the Korean jammer which hasn't beeen
heard for awhile.
1566 HLAZ before 1345UT pattern change, weaker later; usual really strong carrier

not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise:

153, 189, 279 all R. Rossii; 279 has very weak audio now, with a big carrier
648 likely Russia
738 36Hz hum with several harmonic sidebands; anyone else hear this?
747 JOIB
1134 S. Korea //972
1575 VoA likely

Burbles in the splatter and noise:

558 HLQH //603
585 likely JOPG //594, maybe something else too?
639 CNR1 //5030; the Chinese aren't done yet...
873 this seemed more N. Korea this morning than NHK2
936 Anhui?
1287 likely JOHR
1503 seemed //594, so JOUK
1593 seemed //774 at 1339UT, so JOTB/JOQB

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

756, 1098 DU

best wishes,

Nick
