Their carrier has been in since 0240 at least Walt, but I just was listening on the speaker and hadn't noticed any audio when you did. At 0354, there's faint music audible on the phones, and it's pretty steady.
Lots of carriers mostly weak, and probably more that could be seen on Spectran: 639 747 765 774 837 855 909 927 999 1017 1053 1134 1206 1224 1251 1269 1485 1566!
