Sorry you did not hear the test. Down here in Tennessee, which is much
closer, I had them booming in at S9+20db for the first 30 minutes or so,
then it went down hill after that. By 0200 I could'n hear the station at
all.
By 0130 there was lots of QRM from WERC in Birmingham, AL.
But I have heard WHYL miny times in the pass.
