[IRCA] ULTRALIGHT DX.......WHYL DX Test Heard in London ONTARIO CANADA
Hi Guys:
Just logged WHYL 960 Carlisle PA for a NEW URL LOG...It's also NEW to
the OVERALL LOG as well!! Thanks to BRUCE COLLIER for running this DX Test!!
Radio used is .......SONY-SRF-T615 with 2 1/2 Foot Homebrew Tunable Box
Loop.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
ULR LOG Totals are now.........655 Stations Heard.

960 WHYL Carlisle, PA Mar/15/09 0010-0021 EDT EE POOR-FAIR
Morse Code IDs heard at tune in @ 0010 EDT. "WHYL" in Morse Code TWICE ,
(Each time @ a different Pitch). Then SWEEP TONES from 0010-0011. No Voice
or Music heard as mixing with WFIR and CFPL 980 Slop (LOCAL). However,
Morse Code and SWEEPTONES punched right thru the Crud!! Radio Reloj also in
the mix from 0014-0020 EDT. Same Morse Code IDs (Twice) heard again@ 0020
EDT, followed by SAME SWEEPTONES from 0020-0021 EDT. Then back into the
slop.
Thank God for Morse Code and SWEEP TONES...or wouldn't have heard this!!!
