[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 3-8-09
Listened from 1325-1405 utc and conditions were a little better than it was yesterday. Today I had weak carriers on the bottom and top part of the band.
747 JOIB very weak at 1347 utc.
774 JOUB weak at 1341 utc.
