[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 2-28-09
Listened from 1315-1407 utc and conditions were better than it was yesterday. Today there were more carriers and they were from the bottom part of the band to the top.
594 JOAK very poor at 1338 utc.
774 JOUB good at 1402 utc with man-woman in EE.
828 JOBB very poor at 1343 utc.
