[IRCA] WAYY 790 Eau Claire, WI

Heard at 8:38 pm Central on Friday February 27th with an an add for a Sports
Bar and Grill type place (thought I heard the name was "Boston's?), the
commercial at 8:39 pm central was unintelligble because of lots of jumble on
the channel.

At 8:40pm, I heard a liner going into a program, "NewsTalk 790 WAYY" done by
a deep voiced voiceover guy.

I'm hearing some sports play by play on 790, but I don't know if it's WAYY
or not.

WAYY is 5KW Non Directional Days and 5KW, from 3 towers with an all NE/SW
pattern by night
