[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 2-27-09
Listened from 1325-1410 utc and conditions were better than the last few days. Even got a few carriers on the top part of the band.
594 JOAK very poor at 1353 utc.
693 JOAB poor at 1345 utc.
648 Russia just above noise level at 1347 utc.
774 JOUB poor at 1352 utc.
828 JOBB very poor at 1357 utc.
1593 Very weak audio at 1402 utc for about 1 minute.
