[IRCA] TP for 26 Feb from Victoria, BC

It isn't getting any better, unless there's a sudden enhancement at the times
I'm not listening.  Checked 1415 to 1425UT this morning, and then again 1450 and
1510UT.  Things did seems to be erratically fading in around 1425 more than they
had a few minutes earlier, so maybe I did miss something, hi.


pretty darn good audio (at least briefly): 

none



reasonable audio  at  times during the period (though often battling w/splash or
noise):

774 JOUB
828 JOBB 
1575 at 1455UT; not noticeable earlier


not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise: 

594 JOAK (and maybe something else?)
747 JOIB
972 HLCA ; big carrier
1287 likely JOHR at 1453
1566  HLAZ also with big carrier


Burbles in the splatter and noise:

738 music, seemed more DU in direction


Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter): 639, 864
