[IRCA] TP for 25 Feb from Victoria, BC
Things are not improving any, on the contrary...listened for a few minutes at
1410UT, then 1450, finally at 1510UT. No reason for sticking around at any of
those times, it seems.
pretty darn good audio (at least briefly):
828 JOBB at 1415UT
reasonable audio at times during the period (though often battling w/splash or
noise):
594 JOAK
774 JOUB
not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise:
none except for those mentioned above when they faded down
Burbles in the splatter and noise:
639 seemed //5030, but not much there; CNR-1
693 apparently JOAB //774
1575 VoA?
Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter): 972,
1098DU, 1206, 1314, 1566
