[IRCA] CM??-740
In my Grifton Daily Bandscan, almost daily I hear
an S-7 OC on 740 kHz. Friday 2/20, the OC was
offset by -120 Hz. Am I the only one who is
hearing this OC. Suspect Cuba with possibly
250-kW. Just only a suspicion...strange things
were happening in Cuba this afternoon.
